Collective’ at 15-37a Camden High Street is an innovative new office concept, developed from a design partnership including CTU, DMA, Conran Design Group and Camden Council delivering high quality design space for new companies and individuals working in the creative industries, and re-affirming London’s reputation as one of the most dynamic creative business capitals.

Camden Town is already one of London’s most significant creative hubs, with almost 25% of all the businesses in the area designated as creative industries, employing over 5000 people. Some of the world’s most premium creative brands including RKCR, ASOS, Hugo Boss, Nicole Fahri, Revlon and many others.

CTU are now looking to support the creative industry during the recession and attract the next generation of top creative businesses to the area by providing 6 months’ rent free accommodation space to leading young creative businesses. CTU will also be working with these leading firms to source mentorships and access contracts from these international businesses for our new tenants.

DMA, an award winning architecture firm have innovatively converted over 3,000sqft of old warehouse space (previously a Bakery) into a bold re-interpretation of the 21st century office space, where the office functions as both the inspiration and stage for new creative ideas.
